§ 3-4-2. Directors of departments; appointment; duties.

Each department of the city shall have a director who shall be appointed and removed by the city manager provided by the city charter. The directors of departments, subject to the direction of the city manager, shall be responsible for the supervision and administration of the affairs of their respective department.
